  • This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a wellknown and highlyregarded organisation in the Health Services field. Due to an increased in demand, these roles have been created to manage an evergrowing client base.
  • Working with the latest technology, your interpersonal, administrative and analytical abilities will be required. A calm, lighthearted and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this fun and supportive team.
  • Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Inbound and outbound call handling (no sales)
  • Customer Service with Healthcare workers and Customers
  • Consistently achieving straightforward KPIs
  • Database & physical file maintenance


Whilst the role is based in a call centre environment, the calls are made to existing clients (primarily seniors and their family members) and those coming on board so are always received in a happy and appreciative manner.

This is not a sales role, it is focused on providing a service to the community.

  • The hours work on a rotating basis. 7.6 hours per day, 6.30am to 10pm, Monday to Friday. (90% of roles are within 8am to 6pm) Flexibility to do the occasional shifts on the weekend will be sought after.
  • This person will have strong communication skills and have a flair for developing strong relationships. Intermediateadvanced computer literacy is required (MS Office), as well as a solid background in Call Centres and Customer Service. A background of working in Health is not required; however, it is desirable.
  • Free onsite parking is available all day and trams and buses are at the doorstep.
