In this senior position within the ANZ marketing team, you will create excitement for our two meal-kit brands HelloFresh (Australia & New Zealand) and EveryPlate (Australia).

You will be responsible for managing the two brands end-to-end. It all starts with developing the distinct brand positioning and identity for HelloFresh and EveryPlate.

Based on the positioning, you and your team will identify and execute high-impact campaigns and new ways of communicating with prospects and active customers.

You will plan and manage the brand's budget and execute against it.

In everything you do, you put the consumer first.

You are strategic and methodical in your approach to translating ambitious goals into reality, establishing plans and processes for our meal-kit brands with a clear focus growing the loyalty and size of our customer base.

If you have extensive experience in brand marketing in B2C e-commerce and/or retail sectors this position is right for you.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand & Creative ANZ, this role is part of the marketing leadership team. You will manage a team of highly capable and ambitious brand and communications professionals. You will have exposure to the senior marketing leadership globally and ample opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

What you'll do

You are responsible for managing the meal-kit brands HelloFresh and EveryPlate in Australia and New Zealand including:

  • Brand management including development and execution of brand plan and budget
  • Contribution to HelloFresh Group multibrand strategy in ANZ, ensuring distinct identity for Meal Kit brands
  • Leading development of brand activities in collaboration with local growth marketing teams to deliver clear business outcomes
  • Management of brand campaigns, including insight led briefs that inspire effective creative
  • Management of brand partnerships
  • Collaborate with PR team to deliver campaigns in line with brand positioning
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to align on product messaging that will set the brands apart from the competition
  • Lead alignment on packaging design and inbox experience
  • Develop and deliver price worthiness initiatives
  • Measure success of campaigns and deliver post campaign reviews in alignment with global brand team
  • Manage and develop four high performers in specialist areas of brand management and marketing communications

  • A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business
