As one of the leading fibreglass pools in the industry, our company have a strong culture within our team of quality installation and outstanding customer service, we know that as a sales representative for our company you place a high value on these two factors when selling and promoting a product and service.


We are looking for a professional and experienced salesperson who has a passion for selling dream pools and exceptional outdoor areas.


The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Maintain and grow an established sales territory in Brisbane Region
  • Report weekly to the Business Manager.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual targets and sales budgets.
  • Develop excellent customer relationships.

The role:


We are seeking applicants who ideally:

  • Have at least 3 years' experience in an external Sales role. Experience in the building industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Have a high degree of energy, selfmotivation and desire to be rewarded for your efforts.
  • Can close sales and generate referrals.
  • Can manage the sales as well as the daytoday operations in Brisbane.
  • Have experience using a CRM or the ability to learn a new CRM.
  • Sound understanding of contracts and variations
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, ambitious and an outgoing personality.
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Computer literate in basic Microsoft software programs.

Your typical week will include:


  • Inhome sales appointments in Brisbane region
  • Producing sales estimates and contracts to reflect customer requirements
  • Managing leads in a timely manner
  • Regular follow up and customer relation building
  • Site sketches and measurements for council plan drafting
  • In-Office/Showroom appointments and general meetings with the construction team

Salary & Benefits:


  • OTE 80k120k
- $60k base salary

  • Plus, a generous commission structure.

A rewarding commission and bonus package based on experience level will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

$80, $120,000.00 per year
