The opportunity

Join our Intermediary Distribution & Governance team supporting the Team Manager to ensure that the team and individuals meet operational scorecard objectives and coordinate the workflow.

The Team Coordinator will provide guidance and training to team members on workflow management to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team, as well as real time leadership as required.


How you will make an impact

  • Oversee real time service standards and assist with resources requests such as leave
  • Provide 1:1 coaching sessions with individual team members to improve efficiency & effectiveness
  • Monitor & review coaching plans with team manager
  • Identify and raise any areas of concern that may impact the client experience and expose the Bank to potential losses or instances of noncompliance with regulatory guidelines or community expectations
  • Liaise with Third Party Vendors for operational updates

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience in a highvolume lending operations business
  • Ability to manage high volumes and work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated, results driven & collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
