Job Title:
Reception & Junior Supervisor with Barista Experience


Seeking:


We are actively seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Reception/Supervisor with a 50/50 split between reception and front-of-house (FOH) supervisory responsibilities, along with essential Barista expertise.


VISA Status:
Australian Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen OR Full-time working rights in Australia

Reception & Junior Supervisor with Barista Experience


Location:
Sydney CBD, NSW


Reception Duties (50%):

  • Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Manage reservations, checkins, and meeting rooms efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, and inquiries, and provide information about our services.

FOH Responsibilities (50%):

  • Lead the FOH team to maintain high standards of customer service for small functions/events.
  • Assist with daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between reception and FOH areas.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Barista Expertise:

  • Proficient in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different coffee beans, and brewing methods.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Uphold a high level of service standards and cleanliness.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a Barista is essential.
  • Proven experience as a boardroom waiter with exposure as a team leader/supervisor within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance and excel in both reception and FOH roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Availability to work flexible weekday hours
  • Computer Skills, proficient with Microsoft Office programs

$60, $77,700.00 per year
