Skills Required:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability and willingness to learn various new systems
- Have an analytical mind to identify problems and find solutions, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers, team leaders, managers and fellow staff
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
