We will count on you to:
You will deliver proactive and timely insurance case management services for a portfolio of clients. This involves dealing with underwriting cases, death claims, total and permanent disablement, and salary continuance claims.


You will also work closely with our Claims team in GSD (based in India) on the delivery of transactions and communicate any changes/requirements.


What you need to have:


  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in Group insurance
  • Group insurance claims experience will be highly regarded
  • High level empathy and the ability to communicate effectively about sensitive situations
  • Proficient PC Skills, word and excel
  • RG 146 Compliant preferred.
