We have a new opportunity for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is based at our Wetherill Park Distribution Centre, working hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.

About the role:

Inspect all delivery items to ensure they meet quality standards
Ensure all checks are registered for items that require further attention to meet quality standards
Carry out product restorations if required
Ensure any issues are recorded for analysis and reported to Management
Assist in the preparation of customer items before delivery, including basic furniture assembly and testing of functions
Report and update product information in the database as required
Provide regular support and training to service technicians

About you:

You must have previous experience in furniture polishing and have a sound understanding of furniture upholstery
Ability to guide and train a team of service technicians
Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Above all, you will need to have a cando attitude and be willing to learn
