    Description

    In this role

    , you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Customer Experience Team to:
  • Provide support for a variety of marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Contribute and support the execution (internal/external coordination, scheduling, editing etc.) for regional marketing activities which may include campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, social media, email marketing, trade show/conference, sales events and market research.
  • Provide analysis of results and tracking in our CRM (SalesForce) to improve our business intelligence and reduce the time to sales.
  • Execute on the coordination of design and content for key regional marketing assets including video, collateral, content, blog posts.
  • Coordinate with vendors for production and distribution, including the localisation of marketing/sales material to support events and other activities.

    • In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A marketing or related degree with 3+ years' experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and CRM software as well as Salesforce is desirable.
  • Experience in B2B software or B2B technology company is an advantage.
  • An understanding and application of marketing theory and practices, with the knowledge of and interest in digital marketing trends and analytics is a plus.
  • A collaborative self-starter with strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and follow established standards and processes.
  • The ability to work across a global organisation, spanning different time zones and cultures, with availability to travel as required.
  • A willingness to learn and a keen interest and passion for marketing and sales.
