The Program Coordinator will provide support to Program and Project Manager in the delivery of the overall Finance Program requirements.
The Program Coordinator will provide support to Program and Project Manager in the delivery of the overall Finance Program requirements.
The Finance Program of work is currently consisting of 3 projects:Finance to the Cloud - Phase - Incremental improvements of the recently implemented D365 Finance and Operations instance across their different outlets.
Buying Platform Project- Implementation of an organisation wide cloudbased buying platform, to standardise the procurement processes and position the organisation to take advantage of our substantial buying power across their suppliers.
- Ensuring all suppliers which are engaged follow a consistent process to capture all relevant master data, licenses, insurances, and adherence to relevant processes and practises.
Key duties:
- Schedule updates
- Budget and Financials updates
- Options Paper development/review
- Briefing Paper development/review
- Business Case development/review
- PMP development/review
