Our client is a reputable and highly regarded Global Supply Chain organisation and they are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team in a key allocations and reconciliation role.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of Allocators
  • Assist with daily duties
  • Bank Statement Allocations, Credit Cards, Reconciliation,
  • Day End Closing Reporting
  • Document team processes into the work instructions
  • Month End Reporting
  • Customer Service Internal/external

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Officer experience
  • Previous management experience
