Our client is a reputable and highly regarded Global Supply Chain organisation and they are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team in a key allocations and reconciliation role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Allocators
- Assist with daily duties
- Bank Statement Allocations, Credit Cards, Reconciliation,
- Day End Closing Reporting
- Document team processes into the work instructions
- Month End Reporting
- Customer Service Internal/external
Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Officer experience
- Previous management experience
