THE COMPANY
With over 50 years in the industry, our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of building products.

As an Australian-owned and operated business, they have a proud history of pushing innovation and sustainability in designing, manufacturing, distributing, and installing their products.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new business in the supply and install space, while managing existing clients across the distributor channel.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Identify and build new relationships across the builder and trade network
Manage existing relationships to ensure strong account management and retention
Develop a thorough understanding of the market, products, solutions and services
Leverage networks to expand relationships and grow client portfolio
Represent and promote products at trade events, industry functions, and consumer exhibitions
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on opportunities

ABOUT YOU

Existing strong residential builders relationships
Experience working in the building materials space, masonry and roof tiles preferred
Proven success in developing and winning new business
Accountable gogetter with a passion for providing quality service
Strong client relationship management skills with a consultative approach
