Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage a content calendar for organised content releases.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 content specialists in implementing the content strategy.
- Oversee the content team, ensuring compelling product descriptions, educational articles, and engaging stories.
- Ensure content alignment with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging strategy.
- Edit and proofread content, providing constructive feedback to maintain high standards.
- Implement SEO best practices for enhanced content discoverability and improved search engine rankings.
- Guide the team in keyword research and staying informed about SEO trends for continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote content across channels and maximise reach, overseeing distribution efforts.
- Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement and working with the team to enhance overall performance.
About you
The ideal applicant will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role in a B2B setting.
- Leadership experience, including managing and guiding a team of content specialists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing trends.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
