The Company

Located on the vibrant Gold Coast, our client is a leading self-licensed Financial Advisory firm who have experienced phenomenal growth in the past five years.

Due to this growth, an opportunity has been created for a Client Service Manager to support a Senior Financial Adviser by focusing on implementation activities and client relationship management.

Duties of the role

The responsibility for the daytoday administration and strategy implementation activities for the Adviser's clients
Supporting all aspects of compliance and best practise
Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and shift focus when required
Maintain a high standard of communication and service to Clients
At least two years experience in a Client Service Officer or Manager role within the financial planning industry (essential)
A passion for implementation
Enthusiasm and a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and shift focus when required
