Role Summary:


As a Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of various built form projects.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development process for built form projects, including residential and commercial projects.

  • Proven experience in property development, specifically in built form projects.

  • A solid understanding of the property market, planning legislation, and construction processes.
  • Qualification in Property Development, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
