Job Description:


What you will do


This is your opportunity to join carsales in the role of Sales Enablement Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role is the glue that connects the carsales mediahouse sales team to the rest of the business.

You will help to drive our go to market strategy for various products, services and campaigns, via the media sales team.


To do this we will need you to:

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to deliver improvements in product penetration, revenue growth, customer satisfaction and operational excellence via the media sales team.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand their roadmaps and key initiatives.
  • Articulate initiatives in a simple way, so that sales can effectively communicate with our customers.
  • Partner with the marketing team on the continuous refinement and alignment of messages in market and all sales collateral.
  • Project manage key initiatives by bringing the right people together to get things done.
  • Design and deliver tailored product training and tools, to ensure sales are set up for success in market.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to provide ongoing measurement and tracking of all active initiatives and postimplementation reviews to establish effectiveness.
This opportunity can be full time or part time (3-4 days per week).


Qualifications:


What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
  • Demonstrate established experience in a sales enablement/go to market role, ideally within the media industry.
  • Display ability and experience working with sales teams, including delivering training.
  • Collaborate, negotiate and influence with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information simply.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills strongly desired.
  • Enjoy working in an evolving environment, driving projects with conviction, whilst being flexible with direction when required.
