You will have the opportunity to truly shape the future, working closely with a dynamic executive team and Board to influence the direction of the business.

Working with an extensive range of products and services across funded and fee-for-service clients, you will be joining a national organisation with an ambitious growth agenda.

About You

  • Experience includes comparable roles in professional human service organisations, including but not limited to the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

  • Experience in building businesses, ideally within startup or scaleup contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work alongside Business Development specialists to drive profitable growth through effective sales, account management and new business mobilisation.
  • Skilled in change management, with the ability to steer, optimize, and unify organisational transitions effectively.
  • Strong process orientation with a focus on standardising and achieving efficiency across operations.
  • Effective communicator and networker, who builds high levels of trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant business degree or similar and preference for post Graduate qualifications.
  • Capable of interstate travel as required.

What's on Offer

  • Join as a key member of the leadership team, with the chance to significantly influence the future direction and success of the organisation.
  • Make a substantial impact by aiding in strategic planning and shaping the operations and culture of multiple, diverse brands.
  • Opportunity for career progression with broader responsibilities and involvement in future acquisitions.
  • Attractive remuneration package including incentives, reflecting the significance and impact of the role.
