Temp to perm opportunity - WFH 70%

  • 20 hours per week (23 days per week)
  • Standalone payroll (Manufacturing Industry)


This global, manufacturing business based in Archerfield require the assistance of a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to provide accurate and timely payroll function for a small fortnightly and monthly payroll.

This is a part-time role of approx. 20 hours per week. You will be able to mostly work from home with a laptop provided.

The role will commence on 23rd Jan until the end of March as a temp and has the potential to move to a perm part-time role, for the right person.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC HR Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

  • End to end payroll processing for 50+ employees
  • Set up of new employees
  • Processing superannuation, annual leave, terminations and redundancies
  • Preparation of payroll tax and PAYG
  • EOM reporting and Payroll reconciliations
  • Mange employee payroll queries
About You

  • Highly experienced in endtoend payroll
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A welldeveloped attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
