We're looking for a Document Controller to manage and develop Aggreko Engineering documentation, ensuring alignment with the company's commitment to innovation and operational excellence.


This role is based in Braeside, Victoria; and it's pivotal in supporting the Engineering Department through effective document control and procedural document preparation.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Control of electronic and hard copy Engineering files and other files as required.
  • Development and management of Procedures and Documentation structure.
  • Ensure document revision standards and issuing procedures for controlled Engineering documents align with Aggreko's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Work closely with the Quality and Continuous Improvement (CI) Team to ensure all Engineering Policies, Processes, and Procedures are accurate, uptodate, and reflected within the QMS Manual.
  • Conduct Internal Audits and align activities with ISO 9001 Accreditation and Aggreko Internal Audit Schedule.
  • Maintain and update Engineering documentation as defined by Engineering Change processes to ensure information accuracy and relevance.
  • Create and maintain Engineering Bulletins, Documents, and Inspection, Test and Commissioning (ITC) Procedures.
  • Manage the Engineering Change Request SharePoint ECR SharePoint Site, including updating Workflows.
  • Display commitment to Orange Excellence initiatives.
  • Uphold Aggreko's strong emphasis on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental protection by being actively committed and accountable for compliance with Aggreko Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and local legislation.
Experience and Skill Specifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Technical, Engineering, or Industrial Environment.
  • Education: HND Diploma or Degree in Document Management, IT, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in M3 or similar systems, with a commitment to undergo training as required.
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, including proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Internal Auditor Experience is advantageous
