With exciting planned growth for 2024, the service department of this highly reputable automotive group is looking for a dynamic and friendly service advisor to join the team on a full-time basis, working Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday


The Role:


  • Consistently delivering outstanding customer service within the service department
  • Guiding and supporting the customers throughout the appointment process
  • Proven Experience as a Service Advisor highly regarded
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Communicating/internal coordination within the Service Department
  • Operating at optimum capacity to ensure cost control
  • Promoting vehicle parts and accessories when appropriate
  • Staying informed of all relevant service campaigns and communicating to customers
  • Preparing repair orders, invoices and relevant paperwork
  • Updating customer database and ordering of parts

About You:


  • Previous experience in a service advisor position
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to work with multiple programs
  • The ability to support a successful, hardworking team
  • Excellent time management/organisational skills
  • The ability to develop ongoing customer relationships
  • Technical/Mechanical qualifications highly advantageous
