Want to work in a High-growth fin-tech industry, where you will come in and drive change at a Test Management level.

The role:

We are seeking a Test lead / Test manager that is able to review, remove & improve automation test strategies and provide leadership to an already high performing team.

About you:

2 + years Test lead / manager experience
Experience in building and maintaining test automation framework
Experience managing a small team on shore offshore
No public sector financial services is highly advantageous
Strong stakeholder management
Shift left analysis approach to testing

Responsibilities:

Involvement during the definition and design phases for change, contributing to overall solution.
Execution of test plans and test cases, capturing of test results and associated evidence.
Ownership of the UAT test environment and test connections to counterparties
