A tertiary qualification in a related field +/
Post graduate studies
Model a personcentred approach to care
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally
A collaborative approach and well developed people leadership skills
Sound judgement and problem solving skills
A strong understanding of the NDIS and associated quality assurance requirements.
The ability to manage risk effectively and investigate incidents.
A passion for driving outcomes in the disability sector
