The Company
A global healthcare company with a mission focused on innovation, quality and craftsmanship. This company operates within medical devices, optical lenses, animal health and pharmaceutical treatment to enhance and protect vision.
The Sydney office is located in Macquarie park, where a well-established Customer Service team operate in a hybrid work from home model.
The Role:
This maternity leave cover role is within the Customer Service team supporting optometry clients, including franchised groups & independent stores.
General hours of the role will be 9-5:30, with one week a month working 9-6, however that week comes with the option to work from home the entire time.
This is non-negotiable.Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Customer Service experience with a tangible good, ideally in healthcare is ideal.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a charismatics and enthusiastic team.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- SAP order processing is highly desirable.
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce CRM system highly desirable.
