With a 32-member team, we're a cloud-based firm serving a varied clientele, including SMEs, SMSFs, non-business entities, and high-net-worth individuals.

Our casual yet professional environment is ideal for someone dynamic and experienced in business services to shine as our Front of House Receptionist/Administrator.


Your Role
As the welcoming face of our firm, you'll play a key role in:

  • Managing first impressions as the initial point of contact.
  • Enhancing client experiences and stakeholder relationships.
  • Handling calls, managing correspondences, and overseeing office logistics.
  • Maintaining our office's ambiance and efficiency, from meeting rooms to supplies.
  • Supporting our partners and team through diary and event management, among other administrative tasks.
This role is a fantastic chance to take ownership and truly integrate yourself within our firm.


Who We're Looking For

  • Experience as a receptionist in public practice accounting firm (preferred but not essential).
  • A friendly and professional demeanour, with topnotch communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
  • High computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with APS, FYI Docs, FuseDocs, and FuseSign is a plus.

Salary:
$55, $70,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Front desk/Reception: 1 year (preferred)
Admin Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
