As the Test Analyst, you will have many opportunities to engage with Business Users as you'll play a pivotal role in the BAU squad within STL ensuring the solutions meet the desired outcomes whilst formulating and supporting test case led requirements.

You will be working in a fully agile squad to iteratively deliver business value via enhancements as prioritised by the business.


As part of our diverse and supportive team you will use your strong ability to convert business requirement to test cases and scenarios.

This involves defining the scope of testing and creating the Test Plans/Test Scenarios across different Test phases.


Key Responsibilities:


  • You will define and implement the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
  • You will also document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined.
  • As a Test Analyst, you'll be managing Business resources & Test Lifecycle outcomes across different phases including UAT/CVT/PVT.
  • You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the Automation Regression suite for both UI and API.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree qualification in Information Technology with at least 5 years of experience in Functional and Automation testing.
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is essential.
  • You'll have solid understanding of building UI and API Automation Frameworks.
  • You will have experience with defect tracking tool and test management tools (JIRA)..
  • You'll have exposure to complete SDLC and STLC.
