As past for the Customer Service team, your main role is to service the supply and install contracted customers.

The role services builders and communicates directly with their construction teams working in the field, collaborates with the sales team, internal construction team and the wider customer services team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Description
As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all customer enquiries from start to finish.

A varied and customer focused role, you will be a relationship builder with experience in managing accounts and providing a high level of Customer Service at all times.


Duties will include but are not limited too:

Duties/responsibilities

  • Build relationships and acquire expert knowledge of individual accounts
  • Contributing to new ideas and process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with sales and construction teams
  • Ensure process efficiency i.e., customer orders are accurately entered into the system
  • Fast and accurate online data entry of orders and invoices
  • General admin including invoicing and paying vendors

Profile
To be considered for this position, you must have proven experience within a similar role along with the following:

Skills/experience

  • Experience within a customer service / service delivery environment
  • High level of problemsolving skill and navigation of complex issues
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, cando attitude
  • Excellent computer skills,
    SAP (preferred), Microsoft office package
  • Knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding metropolitan area
