As the APAC HR Business Partner you hold a pivotal role in driving strategic HR and commercial initiatives within the Asia-Pacific region.

Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks essential for fostering a vibrant and high-performance culture aligned with DSI's mission and values.

What your typical day will look like:

Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with DSI / MKTG's mission and core values.
Forge strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and constructive challenger.
Utilize talent frameworks to drive career development initiatives and foster a highperformance culture.
Lead organizational change management efforts and support business leaders in key initiatives.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion agendas, promoting inclusive leadership behaviours and initiatives.

A bit about you:

Proven track record in HR activities including talent management, performance development, and change management.
Ability to drive the strategic HR agenda and build effective relationships with business leaders.
Deep knowledge of employment law and experience in identifying and mitigating risks.
Experience in supporting or leading HR projects, coupled with strong data analysis skills.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, capable of providing constructive feedback.
