The Organisation
Internationally known electronics brand, Samsung, is seeking an Adminstration Officer.

Located North of the River close to public transport, this is a
part time opportunity to assist with general day to day running of the Osborne Park office.


The Role
This is an 18-month contract, seeing you through to December 2024.

Duties will include, but not limit to:

  • Invoicing and accounts management
  • Vendor management
  • Events management
  • General administration
  • Travel & accommodation
To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within a similar industry
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all your work
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and accounting software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records
