Customer and Contract Lead Full time permanent - For Newborough, Mirboo North and Lakes Entrance Homes.
About the role
A Newley created role working in all the three homes Gippsland region
- Newborough, Mirboo North and Lakes Entrance
Your main duties will include:
Management and Coordination of administrative and pricing/contracting requirements, and team for the Home.
Work in consultation with Marketing to promote Calvary services to ensure occupancy levels are maximised and sales opportunities are realised.
About you
COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt
Influenza vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt
Previous experience and understanding of placement of aged care consumers including facility, retirement Home/ independent living settings
Demonstrated sales experience
Demonstrated financial acumen
Demonstrated experience in consultation processes, including problem solving
Specialised competencies in customer service, the co-ordination of a range of complex services and building effective customer relationships
Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Demonstrated experience in liaising with external services
Proven skills in collection and analysis of information
Demonstrated organisational ability
Commitment to continuous quality improvement
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with MS Office
A commitment to work within Calvary's Mission, Vision and Values
Travel required as covers 3 homes within the Gippsland region
- Newborough, Mirboo North and Lakes Entrance
Ability to make strong community connections
Previous sales/BDM experience within a similar industry is highly regarded
Locals highly considered for this position.
