    About the role

    Our operations in ACT and Southern NSW are integral to the delivery of our mission and ongoing success of Calvary. Comprising 5 Residential Aged Care Facilities, Home Care services, 3 Private Hospitals and 1 Public Hospital with approximately 3,000 employees, the operations are varied and diverse. To support the region, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide senior administrative and executive level support to the Regional CEO of ACT and Southern NSW, and their team.

    The EA role will provide effective support services, including diary and event management, travel arrangements, minor financials, reporting, research and developing presentations. The EA is also required to establish close and effective relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders, and must work with a high level of discretion, confidentiality and initiative at all times.

    About you

    • Minimum 5 years' experience providing high level Executive support;
    • Advanced MS Office skills;
    • Proven ability to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion;
    • High-level written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally;
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise demands, escalate where required, anticipate needs and forward plan;
