Role Summary
CHC are seeking a Crew Planner to join our team based in the Perth Corporate Office on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Control Center Manager, this is a dynamic role responsible for the scheduling of CHC operational personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Development and management of rosters for the CHC Australia Operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and thirdparty vendors to coordinate respective crew training.
- Ensure that crew members assigned to contracts are qualified to meet project requirements.
- Develop and manage rosters, ensuring their accuracy and compliance.
- Be fully conversant with the FRMS and associated Work Practices/EBA currently in use.
- Processing of allowances and claim reimbursements in accordance with the EBA.
- Ability to work remotely and afterhours, including weekends as required.

- Ability to engage strong relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive reports.
- Competent with MS office packages.
- Strong problem solving and solutionoriented skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to drive change and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach within a dynamic business environment.
- Aviation experience beneficial but not essential.
