Role Summary


CHC are seeking a Crew Planner to join our team based in the Perth Corporate Office on a permanent full-time basis.


Reporting to the Regional Operations Control Center Manager, this is a dynamic role responsible for the scheduling of CHC operational personnel.


Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Development and management of rosters for the CHC Australia Operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and thirdparty vendors to coordinate respective crew training.
  • Ensure that crew members assigned to contracts are qualified to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and manage rosters, ensuring their accuracy and compliance.
  • Be fully conversant with the FRMS and associated Work Practices/EBA currently in use.
  • Processing of allowances and claim reimbursements in accordance with the EBA.
  • Ability to work remotely and afterhours, including weekends as required.

  • Ability to engage strong relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive reports.
  • Competent with MS office packages.
  • Strong problem solving and solutionoriented skills.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to drive change and recommend process improvement initiatives.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach within a dynamic business environment.
  • Aviation experience beneficial but not essential.
