About the role:

In this role, you will strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our valued residents and provide a high level of attention to detail, warmth and exceptional customer service.
Your previous administrative/receptionist experience and commitment to customer engagement, will support our team at Donald Robsinson Village

_ t_o effectively deliver services to the Village residents and broader community.

Key responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer engagement with residents
Always maintain a professional image and reflect the values of Anglicare
Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Service Excellence.
Ensue residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth and promptly managing their enquiries
Ensure general administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard
Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff and encourages teamwork

Skills, knowledge and experience:

Experience working in aged care or similar environment preferred
Welldeveloped communication skills and positive phone manner
Effective timemanagement and organisational skills
Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
