Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning Specialist who will play a key role within our Direct to Market (D2M) Program team, as well as supporting the Oly (Direct to Consumer) Sales and Operations teams in uplifting the training approach for new starters.

The role will be responsible for all onboarding activities for new starters in Oly Sales and Operations, and will work in collaboration with the Learning & Development team where required.

This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in the Melbourne office (Thursday and Friday).


The Learning Specialist role requires both an ability to design fit-for-purpose learning programs as well as hands-on activities such as building learning modules, planning and facilitating learning programs.

It will deliver learning for process & system changes as part of the D2M program, as well as creating and running a robust onboarding program to ensure new starters in Oly are job-ready.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training needs analysis
  • Designing rolebased learning programs
  • Development of training materials, including eLearns when required
  • Planning and coordinating learning programs
  • Executing learning programs
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the Oly business, D2M Program and Learning and Development
  • Management of onboarding activities for new starters across Oly Sales and Ops, including liaising with IT, HR and other support functions
  • Continuous improvement to ensure learning program for new starters creates readiness across systems, processes and behaviours
