Cooranbong & Bonnells Bay Animal Hospitals are committed to providing exceptional veterinary care, treatment and advice. We are a mixed animal hospital looking after all creatures, great and small.

We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join our wonderful team Our receptionist will be the first point of contact for all our valued clients so providing a high-quality client experience in person and over the phone is of the utmost importance to us.

This opportunity will offer a minimum of 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, including one in six Saturdays as part of a shared rotation.

Deliver outstanding client care and customer service to all clients and their pets
Respond to customer enquiries
Be involved in triaging for our clients
Schedule appointments and procedures for veterinarians
Update clients on their pet's progress
Ensure our company values are upheld

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in a busy receptionist role
Veterinary/medical/pharmaceutical industry experience will be preferred but not essential.
An ability to handle a high volume, fast paced, hospital environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cert IV Vet Nursing will be highly regarded but not mandatory
Exceptional time management skills and an ability to prioritise your work
A friendly, easygoing nature and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
