About the role:

Our Federal Government client requires an experienced Organisational Change Manager

Duties

Develop and deliver a Change management strategy and plan for the project.
Develop and deliver a communication management strategy and plan for the project.
Work as a member of the project team to execute the agreed plan across all project stakeholders.
Develop and deliver a change management plan structure and approach (including templates) that will assist stakeholders to subsequently develop their own internal change management plans for the project outputs.
Provide weekly reports to the nominated manager / executive.

Required experience/skills

Demonstrated experience in producing highquality documents, an expert communicator, including the ability to develop and deploy communication and change strategies across diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated experience in Project delivery.
Must have experience in Federal Government including experience working in a multijurisdictional environment.
Must have minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in organisational change management delivery and planning.
