The Product Manager for Charge is responsible for the development and performance of my clients EV product proposition, including it's pricing.


Role and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess market trends and competitor movements. Understand the competitor landscape and environment and competitor behaviours and trends through data insights
  • Generate customer and business insights
  • Understand market segmentation
  • Develop product strategy and roadmap including customer journey and experience mapping
  • Develop sales, pricing and positioning strategies
  • Define how each element of the proposition will deliver and contribute to desired metrics and results
  • Identify, develop and manage product proposition, pricing and offers to continually optimize the product to deliver stated metrics
  • Define optimal customer experience addressing key customer pain points and opportunities to deliver customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Lead the ongoing assessment of product performance (channel, customer, operational) and establish action plans to address issues and opportunities
  • Act as conduit between digital, marketing, social and content teams to ensure all are aligned on the proposition
  • Create the end to end GTM strategy and oversee all aspects of the product / services communications and associated content to ensure accuracy and consistency across all internal and external messaging
  • Define and develop concepts to test through prototyping and a CCD approach
  • Test and validate hypotheses through identifying, developing and rapidly prototyping new ideas
  • Use research and insights to identify, define and develop opportunities that either enhance CX, streamline operational efficiencies or derisk the business
  • Develop solutions to gather, interpret and implement customer feedback and improved the customer journey and overall product performance
To be a success in this role you'll need:

  • At least 3 years or more experience in a product management or customer experience role
  • Experience in pricing across an array of industries such as motoring, tourism, insurance, subscription
  • Selfstarter and collaborative leader. Everywhere you go, you can't help but mobilize people, build things, resolve problems, get into the details, go above and beyond, and draw out the best in people. You are a doer and motivator of others
  • A strategic mindset. You are comfortable thinking a few steps ahead of where the business is at right now and highlighting design decision trade offs
  • Excellent execution and organization. This team will be working in an agile environment, to excel in this role, you should be comfortable executing with little oversight and be able to adapt to problems quickly
  • Ability to think creatively and to perform tasks under mínimal supervision
