About the Role

  • Full time Maximum Term Contract (Parental Leave Cover) Until 28 February 202
  • Classification: Corporate Support Services Level 3 with a salary range of $77,656 $83,565 per annum + Superannuation
  • Location: Head Office, Preston 3072

Overview of the position
Work is varied with IT service desk, project work and is often busy, requiring a flexible approach.


What will you bring to the role?

  • Good knowledge of the Windows operating systems, Office/ Microsoft 365 suite, Azure (Fundamentals and Associate level)
  • Experience in level 1 & 2 IT helpdesk environment (minimum 2 years preferable)
  • Ability to install, configure and support IT Hardware/ Software
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Sound understanding of LANs including server/client communications, network monitoring and devices (Meraki)
  • ITIL certification (preferred)
