About the Role
- Full time Maximum Term Contract (Parental Leave Cover) Until 28 February 202
- Classification: Corporate Support Services Level 3 with a salary range of $77,656 $83,565 per annum + Superannuation
- Location: Head Office, Preston 3072
Overview of the position
Work is varied with IT service desk, project work and is often busy, requiring a flexible approach.
What will you bring to the role?
- Good knowledge of the Windows operating systems, Office/ Microsoft 365 suite, Azure (Fundamentals and Associate level)
- Experience in level 1 & 2 IT helpdesk environment (minimum 2 years preferable)
- Ability to install, configure and support IT Hardware/ Software
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Sound understanding of LANs including server/client communications, network monitoring and devices (Meraki)
- ITIL certification (preferred)

- National Criminal History Check (Police check) disclosable outcomes considered
