  • They are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage a sales pipeline, selling service agreements and warranty renewals.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & MANAGE

  • This Inside Sales Representative role (12month contract), supports this organisation's need to support their hospital customers with servicing their capital equipment.
  • This role will build relationships with existing hospital customers, eg. Biomedical Engineers, to ensure the capital equipment purchased from this company is covered by service agreements. The position will sell and/or renew service contracts on all capital equipment that has been previously sold.
  • You will manage the sales pipeline of customers with expiring warranties, renewals or lapsed agreements via the sales database and use this information to identify sales opportunities.
  • You will proactively sell service agreements over the phone and in writing to support and advise on the benefits of maintaining the equipment through having a service agreement in place. Creating sales quotes and agreements is also part of this role.
  • You will liaise with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities are captured and actioned, as well as monitoring compliance of the evaluation of equipment.
  • This role will have monitored KPI's in relation to quarterly and annual sales targets achieved by the generation of renewal calls to customers and the managing of the relationship with the internal sales team, field service engineers, existing and potential customers.
WHAT EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED

  • An understanding of the sales process and demonstrated sales skills, ideally in a similar role, are essential.
  • Strong customer service focus with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ideally knowledge of CRM databases and capital equipment service process fundamentals.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision. Ideally this role will be based in Sydney, however, for the right person, there could be flexibility regarding location, working from home.
