The Position

  • Work alongside the team to develop content, communications and campaign activities in line with the annual marketing calendar.
  • Coordination of marketing activities including events, PR, sponsorships, thought leadership, promotions, key supplier and partner relations, and Awards submissions and amplification.
  • Coordinate the roll out of branding across collateral and touchpoints for multiple brands and markets.
  • Roll out best practice internal communications and engagement programs, working crossfunctionally to embed behaviours.
  • Work with the team to contribute to the Customer Experience/Journey across all touchpoints, delivering relevant marketing metrics.
  • Support sales strategy with ongoing management and production of bestinclass Sales Tools, promotional collateral, and CRM/systems integration.
  • Coordinate annual and ongoing market research and insights, including customer satisfaction/NPS program.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/agencies.
  • Proactively keep abreast of new approaches for market development, competitors and trends.
  • Ideally Tertiary qualified in Marketing or Communications/PR
  • Ideally three years plus experience in a marketing generalist role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to copywrite for different audiences and channels.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of brand strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing events, PR and thought leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful marketing campaigns and activities endtoend with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
. Website Refreshes & Maintenance

  • Sourcing images and other general supplier content
  • Writing product descriptions
  • CSV creation (including Online Shop) and managing individual product or
bulk website uploads

  • Sourcing material, writing and uploading blogs
  • General web uploads and maintenance (eg. job descriptions, projects)
  • File management backend (Dropbox)
  • Implementing SEOstrategy
  • Be involved in product naming exercises
  • Actively liaise with Systems team to ensure the website and quoting system
