Description
REACH for Training (REACH) is a well-respected and award-winning quality RTO delivering nationally recognised qualifications across Australia.

This is an entry-level position with training provided to perform duties.


Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide quality customer service
  • Inform prospective clients about training, assessment, support services and their rights and responsibilities in RTO environment
  • Accurate data entry in Student Management System
  • Assist and prepare and manage student files
  • Assist and coordinate course bookings, resources for courses and traineeships
  • Coordinate effective preenrolment process for students, employers and other prospective client groups
  • Maintain key relationships between REACH and our stakeholders
  • Assist the Business Development team to establish key contacts and other business development opportunities
  • Source and coordinate work placement arrangements with trainers, students, and employer/community groups
  • Undertake student support and monitoring services for REACH training programs

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
