We're on the hunt for a NSW based Wholesale State Coordinator to join us for a fixed-term 12 month parental leave contract, commencing July 2024.


Reporting into the VIC based Visual Merchandising Manager, you will assist with the management and optimisation of Myer and David Jones Sales across all Levi's categories with the roll out of company objectives, through Increasing Department store sales, VM, Concepts and fixtures and in-store presence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to- Assist the VM Manager in implementation of new business tools and other projects from time to time.- Working with sales teams to achieve customer and company sales and profit targets in line with company budgets.- Managing a team of Sales Stylists to ensure the company retail and Visual merchandising objectives are achieved.- Maximize sales performance and profitability for Levi's in the Denim Space.- Recruit, train, motivate, unite and retain a team.- To Assist in the Development of staff within the Wholesale Sales team.- Control and maintain adherence to all business disciplines, policies and procedures.- Develop and demonstrate high standard of working relationships with Myer and David Jones, store management, sales staff and visual merchandising staff.- Present seasonal ranges to Myer and David Jones staff.- Ensure in store real estate and merchandising standards are in line with brand and company requirements.- Manage and distribute store VM Material and requirements and standards for Myer and David Jones.- Work with the brand Environment and VM Manager to manage the installation of any SIS that falls within your territory and participate in the merchandising of the area.
