The Role & Responsibilities:

Nude Lucy is growing in Bondi
We have an exciting opportunities for an experienced and customer-focused retail leaders to join us at our brand new store coming to Bondi Junction
We are currently recruiting a Store Manager & Assistant Manager to join us at this brand new store

Responsibilities include:

Lead by example to set management expectations across your Team
Manage instore Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
Produce and analyse required financial reports i.e. Payroll reports
Roster Management and payroll approval
Manage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work
Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member

To be successful you will have the following:

Proven retail management experience
Leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
Adaptable and supportive
