Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Practice Technical Lead you will:

Design and implement technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Ensure that changes are implemented effectively in production and provide high level estimates for new initiatives.
Provide support for a range of technical tasks including initiatives, enhancements and upgrades to ensure efficient and effective change and delivery.
Collaborate with Service Desk and IT Operation teams in resolving operational desktoprelated incidents, requests and changes
Plan and perform regular and adhoc security and OS patching as required to meet security compliance across servers and workstations.

Skills & Experience

Successful completion of relevant industry certification and/or other equivalent tertiary qualification and experience.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in a complex technology environment.
Working knowledge of MECM, Netskope and Intune platforms and best practices.
Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role

Desirable

Experience in Insurance or Finance Domains
Experience in enterprise level infrastructure.
