About the Assignment
The primary objective of this position is to plan for and provide training co-ordination and administrative across the portfolio of training plans across the Learning and Development Portfolio.
- Participate in planning activities with the Training Adviser for annual training and budget plans within the Leadership and professional development curricula and across competency based training requirements
- Maintain the Core Calendar, track course registrations, spend and escalate enrolment numbers as required
- Schedule training courses and programs in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain accurate class attendance reports, manage survey feedback, and provide timeline reports
- Plan and coordinate training programs including resources, send participants information and confirm venues
- Maximize attendance at courses by activities including weekly promotion of upcoming courses via Yammer and dealing directly with field leadership
- Coordinate with offsite venues outside of Adelaide and in PNG and Alaska
- Process invoices in Coupa, record and track in the Core Calendar
- Work with the Training Adviser to manage the enrolment, course promotion and increasing usage of the Digital learning platform
- General administration support including managing and ordering of supplies of training material, training records administration and meeting room set up as required
- Compliance with the Santos Management System (SMS), the Santos Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Santos Corporate Governance and Safety requirements
About you
- Prior experience in similar or an administrative position within large industries (construction, mining, or O&G)
- High level of proficiency and expertise utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant programs
- Be able to work across a wide range of staff groups, from senior leadership through to operational and project staff and external providers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deal with high volumes of data in an efficient manner
- Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate training events and logistics
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ideally experience using SuccessFactors or a similar Learning Management System
Mandatory Tickets / Quals / Certs
- Qualifications in Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent in Human Resources/Learning and Development fields
