This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a highly successful global business.

This company offers a wide and comprehensive portfolio of services across Mortgage advice, Property, Funds Management, Currency Exchange, Immigration, and Legal Services just to name a few.

This role will have a solid focus on Global Realty and Real Estate and this role will coordinate all backend operations for this section of their business.

Working closely with senior management, you will be an integral leader in their team.

The main purpose of this role will be overall operations, leading a team and process improvement.

Description
Reporting to the Global Funding Manager, this role will see you looking after the Global Realty side of the business

The key responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Overall control and management of real estate operations
  • Establish and optimise the operational processes and procedures
  • Improving sales performance by finetuning operations functions with sales teams, aftersales services, marketing, and other correlating functions
  • Design and implement KPIs and supervise team performance,
  • Optimise internal team management and improve team efficiency
  • Assist in expanding the business by driving the progress of each project
  • Coordinate the connection between the real estate sales company and other business lines within the group, to promote crossbusiness sales performance
  • Provide timely reporting to the senior management
  • Highly organised and effective communicator

Profile
Responsible for the Global Realty and Real Estate part of the business, you will come from a similar background.

  • 5 years experience in an Operations Manager role or a similar role;
  • Excellent communication skills and strong people management skills;
  • Organisational aptitude and impeccable time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including reporting processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be of benefit
  • Australian PR or citizen.
