    • $145k - $155k

    • Managing the AP and AR function

    Role requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in management ideally across transactional or shared service roles
    • Excellent knowledge of accounts payable, credit and trust accounts processes
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders and customers
    • Experience improving processes in a AR/AP function
    • Confidence to guide transactional manager

    The role

    • Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be required to oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable managers
    • Manage and oversee the daily finance operations of the and liaise with the CFO where necessary.
    • Lead, support and develop the transactional managers and accounting team
    • Develop and deliver the finance KPI's
    • Drive internal and external relationships
    • Leading and identifying continuous process improvements across the accounts payable, credit and trust function
    • Enhancing each department's month-end close processes
    • Assist with the external audit process
    • Provide analysis and reporting to senior management
