Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive change management activities within the cyber security domain for a utilities provider in Melbourne CBD.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless implementation of cyber security initiatives.
Develop and execute change management strategies to enhance organizational readiness for cyber security changes.
Identify and address potential challenges, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of cyber security solutions.
Engage stakeholders at all levels to communicate changes, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Change Manager, specifically within the cyber security space.
Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
Experience working in a hybrid model and the ability to adapt to flexible working arrangements
