Dynamic Care is a NDIS registered Disability Support Provider that provides support for those with a disability across Adelaide.

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and administration assistant for our head office team situated in Elizabeth Vale.


The role is part time to process accounts payable, receivable, finance and payroll as well as NDIS invoicing, claiming and reconciling.

There is potential for the successful applicant to be offered fulltime hours which would include attending to administrative assistant duties as well as their regular bookkeeper activities.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Track NDIS funding to ensure supports delivered by Dynamic Care align with plan budgets
  • Submit payment claims to the NDIS Portal/relevant funding body and report results to the business.
  • Communicate and build professional relationships with managers and internal stakeholders
  • Process worker payroll, superannuation, BAS, PAYG and FBT
  • Work proactively to minimise rejected payment claims through established processes
  • Maintain and use software systems including Xero and Visual Care Solutions
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance and Payroll officers experience
  • Some prior experience in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of NDIS Plans and Funding; including of the various Funded Support options advantageous
  • Working knowledge and experience in NDIS invoicing and the portal advantageous
  • Excellent high level of Administration and data entry skills with accuracy and speed (please ensure this is added to your resume)
  • Competency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with the Xero system
  • Knowledge of rostering systems (Visual Care Solutions advantageous)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent Problem solving/analytical skills, especially using your NDIS knowledge to deal proactively with issues
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Excellent punctuality
  • Excellent Customer service experience
  • Honesty

Please note:

All applicants will require a recent NDIS Workers Check (National Police Clearance (NPC) acceptable until NDIS Worker check obtained), Working with Children Check and Through their eyes - Child Safe Environments training or willingness to obtain.

As well as be able to provide evidence of COVID vaccinations administered.
