Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Coordinate the architectural design process, developing alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts
  • Independently create high quality schematic, design development or construction documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams on design development drawings and models
  • Produce high quality study models, renderings, montages, diagram, presentations, sample and / or image boards
  • Participate in design and documentation reviews
  • Conduct product research
  • Act as document controller
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
  • 310 years experience with demonstrated knowledge in building design and documentation
  • Experience on midlarge scale Defence projects highly desirable
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative, proactive and highly organised with good time management
  • Strong portfolio with a great eye for presentation and attention to detail
  • A keen interest in personal and professional development
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with design software tools such as Revit, Rhino and Adobe suite
