An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, focused and dedicated person to join our new Smeaton Grange team managing and growing existing key industrial clients.

Your day will include:

Identifying and managing Organic growth within existing Client portfolio
Identifying New business opportunities through various sales initiatives
Partnering with clients to provide effective recruitment solutions
Conducting daily Start Ups across various Client Sites flexibility with hours is essential
Working closely with the Business Manager to develop strategies for growth
Championing a safety culture through regular site inductions and toolbox talks
Assisting the Operations Team including daily rosters and maintenance of database
